Huaweu E367 usb modem problem

We have experienced cutting out and has to be restarted;sometimes as many as 12 times per day.We have since attempted to dissolve the 8ta contract,it seems to date with no success.The service does not work.Signal variation is extreme,download speed is never according to adverts;often no signal at all;frankly its a waste of time and money.I have spoken to 8ta via twitter,they said a lot publicly but did little.Low performance in customer service aswell.Can I be the only one with this problem or are you stuck on the same highway?
