HI all

we currently having huge problems with our leased lines... No internet or nothing for 2 weeks now

is a 2 MB link expensive ? could i potentially get better than this ? and who do you reccomend ? IS, TELKOM, Currently with VOX

Correct about the static IP address 2MB link would be good but it is what ever post can afford 1 to 1 ratio if possible and ISP needs to allow GRE protocol.
 
I would say 4Mbit uncapped ADSL from Vodacom business is the cheapest fastest connection, but as with all ADSL. expect downtime and invest in some backup connectivity.

Vox Fishbone might be an option if you need higher upload speeds.
