Why is the name of the person that killed the 2 bikers being withheld? As a fugitive it should be made public who this person is.
 
I hope that guy goes to jail for a very very very long time.

I saw the bikers riding to the funeral and heard there was like 800 people and 500 bikes.

I feel sorry for those affected and wish them well.
 
If you are arrested on a crime and willing move on to court then the names should be withheld for legal reasons.
When you flee prosecution a warrant for your arrest is issued – that is as good as a judgement and the name can be released.

Has he been charged yet?
Or is it still an ongoing investigation?
 
This happened in my neighborhood. I do have an obsession with drivers not following the rules of the road. Ignoring the rules causes these kind of tragedies. Just because a road is not busy does not give anyone a right to ignore traffic rules.

The family gave dubious and misleading statements- first it was the 18 year old son that ‘stole’ the vehicle. Then it was the 31 year old son who fled the country to Zimbabwe. Then the hummer was never stolen. Then the son’s were mixed up again by the parents. I want to know their names as they are a danger to society.
 
Yeah whoever ran over those bikers need to brought to book and the parents must be charged for obstruction of justice.

if so, then the visa must have been issued very, very quickly and in short order as well...
 
Yeah you don't need a visa.What a dirt bag,his parents own(ed) a hummer,he will get off scott free.

So lobby parliament for an amendment to the law.

We do not know all the facts concerning the investigation.
Perhaps the parents was shocked. Perhaps there was some turn of events. That's why they changed their story.
 
What has the Hummer got to do with them getting off "scott free"?

The fact that it was a Hummer has no bearing on the issue at hand whatsoever.
