I have a huwei b315 centrally located inside the house, 2 win 10 pc's connect to this router to access the internet, and 3 phones will connect to it to access the internet, the phones will connect disconnect randomly, and not all 3 will be connected to the router at the same time.

My problem is this: When i connect to the router for internet access with a win10 pc, and the phones connect to the router at thea same time for internet access, all is fine. everyone can access the net.

However when both win10 pc's are connected to the router for internet access, neither can access the internet, either the one or the other must be connected for internet access to work one at time, but both connected simultaniously won't allow internet access when they are connected to the router.

Does anyone know how i can fix this problem ? The pc's are both around 20 meters in distance away from the router, the pc's itself is seperated by about the same 20m distance and everything is connecting to the router wirelessly.

Now all of sudden it works, the 2 pc's is connected to the router, and one phone, Internet access works fine for all connected. Anyone know why the problem occurs now and then and if there's something i can do to prevent the problem from happening ?

I also find that sometimes if this happens the internet connection itself is denied (as if the isp detected an anomally and denies internet access to my sim and i need to wait a couple of minutes before access will be given back again)

From what you wrote about denying Internet access I gather that router is losing connection to the tower, fails to re-register and after reconnecting the DHCP server is restarting. When it happen, all devices must renew DHCP lease, but Windows PC's do not notice it, as router do not to drop Ethernet link down flag. So Windows PC's think they can still use the same IP address, but IP assignment has changed and there is IP conflict on the LAN. My XP PC informs me about IP conflict immediately and when you click baloon, it renew the DHCP lease, but Windows 10 is still buggy.

To rectify, unplug LAN cable on both PC's and reconnect.

Update router firmware to the latest version, it may help.

Thanks SAJ that makes sense, i should've stayed with XP only upgraded a week ago lol... i don't know, it is probably 2016 release as i bought it quite recenty, however the problem did not happen again, i think too many devices as well as the 2 pc's tried to connect at the same time.

Instead i think i should let each device connect to the router one at a time, it could also have been obstruction of signal, there was a few metal pieces between the wifi components which i cleared.(so what you said in terms of not connecting to the tower could have been due to that thanks) (i am connecting wirelessly with all components) anyway the problem has not happened again so i would say the problem is solved thanks.

Yip, this is what I do, except I do use Ethernet cable where possible. :)
