Hybrid laptop / tablet

Hi,

Can anybody give suggestions on good hybrid laptops/tablets.I need them for my sales / remote users.Requirements are the following ...

- must be mobile enough to take to meetings/travelling
- must be powerful enough to actually do real work like , spreadsheets , word , etc.
- Must be a windows based OS
