I am getting Fibre!!!

After fighting with the bodycorp since November last year to get fibre to my house, Vodacom refused to install to my house even after I finally got approval from bodycorp to go ahead. Vodadollars then changed their tune and said they won't install until the whole complex signs up.

Long story short, both parties being pathetic, suddenly got a message yesterday they will start installing to the whole complex next week. (A week or two ago the complex said they refuse to use Vodacom) .

My house last on the list. (of course).

They will only provide the list of ISP's we can arrange fibre from once Vodadollars are finished installing.

White privilege.......................... Just joking. The treenched for fibre in front of my house this week. Maybe another 2 months or so. Vumatel, but expensive.

I'm gonna shop at Woolies now and buy Hills for my pets. That is what white privilege people do.


Never knew fibre would change my life like this.

@PBCool what are the main differences between you and vox? i am happy with voxx but if ihave to pay r1000+ for internet then i better get the best of the best lol ...

Hope Vodacom is only providing the line and not your ISP as well...

There are some isp that work with the vodacom infrastructure


I fortunately got out from vodacom as a isp , their “uncapped” isn’t uncapped , service is horrendous, and if you think you getting support past the level of “put the modem off and on again “ you would be sadly mistaken
