I am losing hope ... with latency

Hi there

The best would be to wait out the yera for renewal. The UTU though does perform equally as well as the UTD if you utilise the free antenna supplied. This antenna puts them on par.

The guys are working on the issue overseas and I am hoping they sort it today.

Do not worry, my nagging continues.

I hope that you guys can all go Raiding tonight.

I cant even remember when last i had a 25 man raid ...or should i say "attempted" . I guess ill see what youtube does before i frustrate myself again trying to do 25mans. If no buffering , ill give it a go.
Also Shaun as i asked earlier ...

Why do i lose that much speed on international on speedtest.net ?
Im losing almost 300kbps from local to international? Is this normal ?
Could that be the reason i am am getting disconnects in wow or buffering on youtube etc ?
 
Shawn let me just say thank you now instead of doing it on almost all posts.

Could you also please give us an update threw the day ref the Upstreaming issue as if it is not sorted by 17:00 i need to inform the Raid group that i am going to be a no show.

Shawn i notice on your To All Gamers Post that there is a little excitement, is it safe to assume that the Upstreaming guys told you it should be sorted or is it just another testing session?

Shawn first of all you are a darn legend ! thanks for all the work you put in on your side. I raided last night with not one DC, latency was between 600-800ms which is fine for me. I was amongst the top 5 dps in 25 Ulduar so i am happy.

How you latency compared to a month ago, cause last night I felt it very spiky and gave me problems
 
Well there is always enough area for improvement, i do have to cast a new spell before the cast bar is full to compensate for the delay. I would say that my connection (Although no perfect) is back to its old self. We will never get our game play smooth, and without lag. So we need to get use to or accept a certain level of connection (With its lag).

Hope you guys still experiencing problems get things sorted.
 
Dude use casterbars built into x-pearl gives you a good indication of pre - cast time :)
