Give me a ****ing high five.

I made some dough with just flour, butter, and cheese. I made a fabulous ball of dough and now I'm going to bake it in the oven.

I don't know at what temp.

I'll just nuke it at 200 degrees C and see how it goes.

Sounds like you making a huge lump of 'something' (I would have said 'bread' but you didnt add water I see) with cheese bits in it to me....

After rolling it a bit flat, you were meant to cut them into "fingers" !!! How did it taste? A bit raw in the centre?

Not at all. The whole thing is crisp all the way through.

I spread it to equal thickness before baking it.
 
My wife made some cheesy fingers last week, then she remembered that I don't eat butter!! She and the kids enjoyed them, I enjoyed my ginger biscuits... I reckon it was very deliberate!
 
Lolz!! I have a great cheese and chip cookie recipe. I’ll see if I can find it on line and post it.
