I broke an SD card today

All I did was pop it out of my camera as I usually do, and as I did that, I noticed a little piece of plastic pop out. Looking at the memory card:

Does it still work ? Shouldn't have a problem unless the pcb itself is actually cracked

Yep it still works. I couldn't find any super glue so I just used some sellotape for now

You going to risk that piece coming out inside your camera and fouling things up?

You should still be able to use the card just glue it and backup the data then buy a new one.

Yep It's just until I go buy a new card lunch time, I don't want to be left with a camera and no memory card in the event that something photo-worthy happens

Update: And my camera's memory slot is saved, I am now the proud owner of a Verbatim SD card
