I brought R60 printer refill

Just something to remember, use a refill cartride and you void tha warranty,so I wouldn't use em till after the warranty is gone :)

Once had a client, bought a brand new photgraphic printer ( HP no less ) for R1200. His kids printed alot so he got refill cartridges and the next day he brought the printer in because it stopped working. When I popped open the sucker there was ink EVERYWHERE,leaking out of the refill cartridges :eww:

Sufficed to say Hp told him to shove that warranty

Cheap anough to buy another. They should give a printer free if you buy full cartriges

What I would suggest as well - whilst in the warranty period, use the branded cartridges.

Once the printer is out of warranty, use generic.

If the printer costs R249.00 and a cartridge costs R299.00 then I'll just buy a new printer every time

can one refill the same cartridges over and over? Or must you refill maybe twice and then buy new or generic cartridges again? Someone told me that a while ago. And will this refill inks work on a photo printer, like my canon ip4200?

I used aftermarket refills on the IP4200 and never had a problem.

I have refilled one of my original HP cartridges more than 10 times already and is still going strong. I don't know if that is applicable to the canon ip 4200 though.

I print for free at work!!!

Our receptionist seems to get away with order glossy photo paper the whole time.... I have yet to see what this has to do with her job, or even the photos she's printed. I think someone is ordering stuff they shouldn't be. Then again, she gets approval for orders....

I'm looking for the Verimark ink refill. Been using it for years, but no shop seems to stock it anymore. Does anyone know where else in CPT I can get it, or a sinilar product, I prefer refilling ink myself.
Thank You

From what I understand from the suppliers the following is true with printers,

New printers cartridges are not full, they are less than half this cuts the cost down of new printers.

Refill ink and generic ink are often made of lower quality ink and result in blocked heads and damaged cartridges, this one I have experienced first hand.

Find a generic that works and stick with it.
