The battery problems are over done here! My DHD lasts the whole day - and I really use it!

Well, I'm very happy to say I now have my Desire HD in my grubby little paws. One incredible phone. Thanks enigma243 for the introduction. Never even considered an HTC phone, but glad I now have one. As for the battery, I'm already on my first charge. So we'll see about that. But I hope to make the best of it.

Just take note here - we're talking Desire HD, not the old Desire like I've got. At least my old Desire is running Desire HD software...

What difference is there in old desire and desire HD software?

As for the battery life on DHD, I can confirm that my battery life has improved drastically after a week of use. Grab yourself an App called Battery left. It let's you know how long the battery has left, what time its going to die etc. I love my DHD. Best phone I've ever had in my opinion and I've owned an iphone and Blackberry.
