There are 2 values in Telkom's vision that interest me the most:
1) "We are customer-focused"
2) "We create value for our shareholders"

My personal comments:
I recently bought some Telkom shares...
I am therefore a shareholder of Telkom.
I am also a Telkom ADSL customer.
As a shareholder of Telkom I therefore command Telkom to clear the 3G cap on myself, the customer.
