And this month my Telkom invoce reflects a service interuption credit!

The sky just fell due to a flying pig!!!!

That is quite something, but does the credit cover both of the line rental fees?

The credit is for R11 - it's not the amount, but the fact that it occured without my calling and throwing toys that intrigues.

Took them long enough but I must admit things are happening there!

Yeah, but not in the ground outside me and my 5 neighbours' houses where a cable was stolen 3 months ago, killing all our phones/dsl, and it's still to be replaced... wee

also got credit after they messed up my line after switching over to adsl
