Oh Dean, it's not inexplicable - we just keep on lowering the standards when it comes to communication - it's laziness. We're all guilty of it and shouldn't get our knickers in a knot when someone else points it out - it's for our own good.
 
Hi Talen i would advise you to get a billion 7402GX.I have been using this router for more than a year now and its been working like a charm.The 7402NX is an ADSL 2+ wireless 802.11g with 3G connection Auto failover.This router its great.....What more can you ask for?:D :)
 
martin, the inexplicable was referring to the "leading a successful, fulfilled life" etc. - it was sarcasm :)

go with the cheaper one and read the manual properly. I'm sure even your current routers need to be tweaked somewhere behind hidden menus.
 
Hi guys I went for the D Link 2740U. It was connected for 4 days and then reset witch is about normal for me. It dose not show system up time so i dont know if the router reset or if just the connection reset. Its dose wireless N draft and it dose wireless B and G. Its a little bigger than my old one but it also has better wireless connectivity i get 130 mbps on other network connections. It also Offers better range. Overall im really happy. It also looks cool :). I also tested if it can do everything my old billion did and it can. I can run 2 connections at the same time and also host a server and have someone behind the same nat join. Only problem i had is it could not detect the vpi and vci numbers. 8 and 35. So just put it in manual. Can anyone tell me why that happened?
