there was 2 computers that these guys at telkom were using to download. when telkom pulled stats. those computers had the most bandwidth in the whole of South Africa in that month
 
Back to the capping issue....

ive got 200 meg left and i just showed my mom what torrents are all about.Now she really wants a collection of cds that are 250 megs.Now what should i do.Im gonna download when i go to sleep.Then what happens 2moro? Must i just not shut down at all.What if i do shut down.When i get back theyl know im over the cap and wont let me authenticate right? Luck of the draw?
