That amount of Doom in your room, is likely to have caused you far more harm than whatever 2 small spiders you saw on your wall.

The antibiotics are for the infection.
When I had my spider bite I had to go to the doctor once a day so the doctor could squeeze out the dead/dissolved tissue and blood from the bite area, clean it up and bandage it again.
The pain was monumental.
 
Yeah the antibiotics is mainly for prophylaxis or treatment of a secondary infection at the location of the spider bite,for a example a spider might cause haemolysis and tissue necrosis at the site of the bite which means your skin integrity is compromised and so bacteria prevalent on your body like staph aureus is more prone to cause an infection , so you might be prescribed something like Augmentin BD,or flucloxacillin etc.

Which means the dude might have sepsis if it is in his bloodstream and making him dizzy?

Unless these were the early day symptoms and now it's just the flesh rotting under the bite?

Edit: I'm being mean and melodramatic to make him go to the doctor as soon as possible.

'Edit:' Not needed, gone through it, got a hole in the arm, got the t-shirt.

This is not something to take lightly, like a common cold in early 2019

There we go, you just explained what happened to me
 
I know someone currently in hospital for a suspected spider bite on the elbow. He has basically got bone and joint tissue necrosis from the infection and is in excruciating pain. Get this checked out.
 
I got bitten by what they suspected to be a sac spider many years ago. Day 1 I thought it was a pimple so I popped it. Day 2 it was so swollen, I couldn't bend my arm. Then I went to the doctor, they sent me for a surgery.

So went back to Dr got a different medication. Two weeks after the bite and still getting dizzy, red rash has spread from thigh almost to ankle but the foot swelling isn't soo bad for now, for a few days looked like foot had doubled in size

Anyhow all medication has finished and its very tender along the red rash but alas no super powers.

Sigh all this from a teeny spider.:crying::crying:

Certainly something not to ignore. One colleague got bitten on the arm. Took about a month of recovery and the scars are still there.

That is an American spider, not found here in SA, but they are confused with the Violin Spider
