I got contacted by Sentech today.

You still didnt fix the speeds then LG...

I hope when you get into that Hotel room , she is a Big Black Man called Bubba, and he just sounds very feminine and his parents called him Michelle because they are Puuuuure Evil...Like the Deeeevil.

Did I forget to mention Bubba is holding a Box of Powder Soap?

Bubba :"Pick up the Soap !...Beatch!"

Look, in exchange for the basic bandwidth and stable service thereof, which I'm paying for and not getting - if it means Bubba has to get me, then I'll shut my eyes and think of Tracey Lords or Jenna Jameson during it :P

And, after LG's meeting with Bubba he will be standing so stiffly upright, we could hire him out to Sentech as a new generation high frequency antenna. Those squeals should hit the 2.4ghz pitch quite nicely.

"oh bother" said pooh, as the last standing Telkom employee is blown to pieces with his minigun

I sure hope Ms Potgieter doesn't read this, but I'm sure she does because otherwise how whould they know about the domain(s)... wwhhoopppss!

..And if Ms Potgieter and other Sentech Senior Orcs DO read this, let them be aware that their customers are willing to go the extra inch or two, in order for them to get their service right.

Tomorrow's friday - they've promised a resolution - let's see if Sentech continue to be incompetent and liars, or not.

Otherwise, trust me that there'll more articles in the press next week, about Sentech's so-called 'teething problems' - which is already not doing their PR campaigns any good.

It only takes a small quantity of negative mentions in the media, combined with extremely bad word of mouth, and they've effectively flushed their ad-spend down the toilet, with little return. (The SA public are unused to negative info about companies in local media, so they REMEMBER the articles extremely well. More than the 'official' paid adverts, in fact.)

So Ms Potgieter... I'll take Bubba, for my/our service to improve - what will YOU have to take?
A severance package?

Bwahahaha, subtle [:D]

LoneGunman, I agree entirely. At least now there is an indication that people higher up in Sentech are starting to get the picture and are getting very uncomfortable. Soon they will also realise that we will not back down or go away until they are providing not just the service that was agreed upon but also good customer service. It costs nothing to treat customers like people rather than battery chickens begging for their next force feeding.

Er, no - I was fantasizing more about Ms Potgieter and others being fired as the millions spent on Sentech's PR began being eclipsed slowly but surely by vile word of mouth and increasingly negative media-mentions :P
