Hmm, unfortunately you need a wake up call
I deal with students, and believe me the number of people I get, who fall for scam after scam, and sign up for every darn thing that comes there way on their email still amazes me. Many people don't stay in touch with reality, news, and read things properly. They have no idea what you and I would consider an obvious scam. This means anything coming their way that sniffs of official, is treated as official. Last week I had a student come into my office requesting I help him with his reply to the "UK Lottery" which said he had won 22 Million pounds. He must just give his personal & bank details so they could transfer the money he won.

why not create a second WoW account and send that information off to the scammers? Then they'll be frustrated at having a n00b character

(if it is possible to have more than one WoW account and character...)


BUT on second thoughts, better not, otherwise they'll use said character for fraudulent activities and you get the cops/law on your case...
