1) they owe me a R150 refund for a faulty sim (still waiting 11 months)
2) I tell them to cancel there wooshless woosh crap, they tell me they will still bill at the end of the month due to 30 days cancellation. (this month was billed already). They have now removed all the data, so I must pay for nothing.

Liars, Thieves so #%$#ing sick of stupid #$@$#@ing SA thieving cell companies.

Why don't you PM Armano, he is the CellC rep. Although I find their techs a bit useless, this guy really goes out of his way to help

While I have been frustrated with customer service at Cell C at times, I have give them Kudos for generally pretty good technical help and I have definitely seen a trend of improvement over the last 12 months or so.
 
Again they made promises to resolve the issue.

Again they failed to deliver.

At least I never ever ever ever have to deal with them ever again. I don't even have the energy to chase it up any more, suppose that's how they win.
