Even though it might be hard to imagine, try to picture this:
YOU or a MyADSL representitive in a room with the Telkom CEO. Now, you are allowed to debate with this Telkom CEO your point of view and why the ADSL service and packages suck.
Now, why hasn't this happened! So they can be PUBLICALLY humiliated! They don't stand a chance, which is exactly why they do not give the public a chance to voice their vote.
Don't you agree!? That is why they are making so much money, and why their service sucks!
