I keep getting server not found on every site i try to access, i cannot get on any social media and watsapp does not work so it is not a browser issue. I find that it has only been happening on mweb and this is the error i get when doing a trace route and ping test. IMG_20160608_121726.jpg
 
I have been reporting DNS issues to a number of organisations who make use of the mweb network for more than 2 years now, and basically, they just refuse to believe there are any issues with the DNS setups .... So Now I just monitor what is going on for my own interest. .... and of course as a reminder why the mweb ISP should be avoided ....

Hi ronnie_94

When we ping & tracert mxeb.co.za, we get the same results.

Can you please ping & tracert www.mweb.co.za to see what the results are then?
