Well this definitely gives a new meaning to the term " LOOPDOP / aka ONE FOR THE ROAD " what kind of a person takes a employee to a public place to tell him/her : sorry you're retrenched/fired ?
Don't you do this at the office after 17h00 when
everybody left to save the victims emotions?
Avoid the CCMA unless you plan to be self employed in future; most employers will be scared to give you a job as its usually ....(difficult people) who goes the CCMA route
