I made a BOE BOE, please help me.

Suddenly, when windows started up, there appear this user1 icon.
I wanted to removed it. Went to my computer/manage/ users and deleted the user1. [win XP,pro]
Now everything is bad.
Computer starts up , I still have to log in, now as administrator.
How can I get user1 back. My firefox is even gone. Also I had a logon icon for internet dailup with the password on. Where can I find it.
Hope you can help me.

Can I perhaps try the restore to yesterday thing.

Thanks, I did google, did system restore, 3rd may would not work, then tried 2nd may. It worked. Then removed the password from the user.
