I miss TES IV: Oblivion

I also miss Diablo 2:LOD ... ... and also Age of Empires 2

These 3 games have been my companions for many a year. I was engaged to Diablo 2:LOD for 4 years and with Oblivion for 2 years. AOE 2 Have also been a mistress during the late 90s and early 2000s. Those years were the happiest of my life.

Yes, there have been prettier games lately ... but these have a special place in my heart.

No other game have stirred the same emotions in me as those games have.

LOL, Oblivion wasn't that bad.

Personally I still LOVE Morrowind. Every time I think about it it lifts my spirits. That game is absolutely brilliant and I hope Bethesda return to that setting!

Second for me is Skyrim. I also loved Oblivion though, but the story was pretty weak along with a few other things that were wrong...

Cannot find a good RTS game like AOE/Empire Earth :'(

Will definitely be getting it.

My Age of Empires 2 doesn't work so well on any OS newer than XP, no wide screen resolution options, hopefully this will fix it.

Forgotten Empires (unofficial expansion) fixes the weird colour glitch in newer OS's, adds wide screen resolution + a ton of new content

They are both great. If I have time now I'm playing Skyrim though. Bought the Dragonborn DLC yesterday (at full price nogal - a first for me I think)

I dunno hey. The single player thing for Skyrim/Oblivion appeals to me. MP adds a layer of stress that I don't want/need tbh. For FPS games sure MP is great, but for exploration games I don't really want to worry about who is out to get me whilst I'm busy catching dragonflies & whatnot for potions.
