I need a cheap ass windscreen in PTA/Centurion

So I put my car through a roadworthy and the c*nt had a problem with the crack at the bottom of my windscreen that is completely out of sight and not a hazard in any way. (After the test it turned out to be the same c*nt who cracked my old Uno's bumper during it's test. Now he works at this place. Only saw his c*nt face after the test.)

I drive a 1998 Ford Fiesta. What am I looking at for a new windscreen, and where can I get the dirt cheapest one in PTA?
