I need help

Old testament is fine when you want to be a bigot, otherwise Christians don't follow the old testament, especially when Yahweh is committing mass genocide.

I think it is inferred. Point is, homosexuality is wrong according to Christian beliefs (and Islam). So are many other things we are guilty off (ie. OP is just as "guilty" as she is).

It is what it is, deal with it.
 
If we're quoting verses, I'm a bigger fan of Ezekiel 23:19-20:

"Yet she became more and more promiscuous as she recalled the days of her youth, when she was a prostitute in Egypt. There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses."

The bible is some hardcore stuff...
 
let god sort out. Until such time she meets her maker for judgment let things carry on as normal.

Now this is going to the whole Old Testament/New Testament - Old Covenant/New Covenant debate

Point is, the Bible says judgement is reserved for God alone. We have no right to judge homosexuals and condemn them to hell - God, amongst other things, is also a God of mercy.
 
Adults fervently believing in fairy tales, especially to justify their claims. Quite sad :p

I have no such grounds to shun gay people myself. I am somewhat alienated by the idea and don't believe it serves a natural purpose. I just do not understand same sex attraction. Then again I refuse to have kids of my own or do many things that also don't serve a natural purpose. So hypocrite much :D

In the end I just say to each their own. It is their pursuit of happiness and not my right to criticize especially as it doesn't affect me.
