I need some Car Licencing help

I have a perfectly 'normal' situation where humans are involved.. if the system doesn't allow real world scenarios, it doesn't work. Any system has to have ways to cater for real world scenarios.. not just "In a perfect world" ones.

But, on the practical side, I have no intention of changing/upgrading that department, so it's pointless to discuss it. :)

Just got off the phone with my Mechanic, and it a perfectly legit plan to just get a Datsun Junker onto my name and rebuild my 100% working Datsun onto that one's chassis. Now to find another Datsun...

Is the engine numbers and stuff not registered on her name?

How do you build the on onto the other and then get police clearance and register it if one half of the car is already registered?

No, the engine is bought by me. So, it's fine. Just need the new chassis.
 
Thanks for all the feedbacks, some calls have been made and the papers are on their way. Hopefully it should be downhill from here on out. :)
