I need to make a script

At the moment, I am opening terminal and typing in one command.

What I want is for that to happen automatically at login, or a button I can click for it to happen.

Applications/synergy-1.3.1/synergyc 192.168.0.15

is what I am typing into the terminal! Is there a way to get OS X to open terminal and type it in for me either on login or by clicking an icon on the desktop?

You could set up an apple script - utilities/script editor - or using quicksilver.
