I only want Entourage...

Because my email solution runs off exchange server, I want to run Entourage on my mac. I got it working (using the 30 day trial) but it's the only component of the office suite I want really. Is there anyway to get it, or do I have to buy the whole damn office suite!?!?

Are there any free programs which are exchange server compatible and will sync my contacts and calender too?

As far as I remember Exchange seat licenses include the software. I remember seeing an Entourage disc along with the Exchange stuff at a client's site. Ask your IT guys.

But wait till Macworld next year and get the new version. Spotlight integration in the current Entourage is half-assed to say the least.

Correct. Entourage is bundled with Exchange on a separate CD - your IT guy should have the disc. If not, then they mislaid it, or know diddly-squat about this sort of thing.

iCal doesn't sync with the exchange server. Oddly enough, the address book does have the option, and so does the iMail.

My exchange server solution is from an exchange server host...overseas - I just sent them an email and found out they allow me download a licenced version of it! Yay! Thanks for the idea guys...
