I am usually not a man of regrets, but now I really regret porting my Vodacom number to Virgin Mobile.
Sms’es cant go through or even receive sometimes, low network strength…..the list is endless!!!!!

you pay fot the service you get..... what do you expect when Virgin is piggybacking on CellC who is piggybacking on vodacom? LOL the only two Celler Providers you can rely on are MTN and vodacome, Becuse they have their own network (even if they may rip your off, at leat their customer service is good enough to cover it up )

Beware of Virgin's definition of 'unlimited'...

It's not just Virgin's reception, it's also their service, call centre, billing, grasp on the truth etc, etc

Even after my wife and I ported from Virgin they were still taking random amounts of money from our account for several months, admitting that they made a mistake, and then refusing to refund because it was too much hassle! Over and over.

My wife had her number ported from Vodacom to Virgin.

She is on her 4th sim card in 2 years. All her phone says now is "SEARCHING".

If you cannot supply a decent service, recall it & don't offer it. Promising people a level of service & not delivering anything close to what was promised is stealing.
