seems atleast half of the connection is going via fiber (outgoing/upload?) as those pings are too low for Sat, but not low enough for total fiber

spoke too soon, now its totally dead, :(

u forced to host servers oversea's in this country then cant access them half the time :p

erk, yep i thinks IS international be dead :p restarted my router like 10 times before i realised it wasnt my router

Anyways it's working again this morning [so far].

Yes - the one with the Cisco router and static IPs. Glad it is working again for you.

Someone Phone telkom and tell them unplug the vacumm cleaner and to Plug the Exchange and SAT3 Multiplug 3-prong back in ...
