I want a XBox :(

just saw now on the Prophecy forums, there's a chap selling like 60 odd Xbox games ranging between R100 and R200 ....... some wicked titles too :D

So ja Messugga, there's always cheap games to buy for it ;)
 
Hehehe the games have never been the issue for me, it's the R3k or so for the unit itself ;) Ouchies. :p
 
so then do the telscum deal or get an Arcade for below 2k ......
 
Ag I'll go for the Kalahari thing. R800 more for all the extras, is worth it in my book. Will probably order it at the end of the month then...
 
hahaha thanks bud. I'm thinking I should probably look at a list of games to get, so long. Oblivion, Forza 2, Gears.... meh. Those should keep me busy for quite some time.

I have a feeling that the Telkom Xbox 360s are a refurb of sorts. They ship with Hitachi branded DVD-ROM drives that came with the launch Xbox's. They also have no HDMI port.

Hey bud, good on ya in advance. Got mine under similar circumstances, never looked back ;) That Pro deal is a good one and a lot better option than running out and buying a PS3 on a whim like some other nana on the forum ;)

As for Games - Kalahari has got some sweet deals going in their bargain bin, some really good titles for ~R180

Strolled past a Musica today and they had the arcade advertised at R1799 - dat is cheap!!
 
And that's exactly why I'm also going to stroll past a Musica today ;) The one closest to me is completely out of stock on units though, so will have to search for another store...

Last time I checked, R1500+ R500 (FIFA) = R2000 > R1800, but maybe that's just me and nutty old school maths, who knows what kids are learning in them there gosh darn fandangled schools these days. ;)
 
I got it! Found a Musica that had stock but didn't bother sticking them on the shelf. Now to get some games ;)
