I want to make an interactive website

I really dont know how.Is there software out there that can make great interactive websites with flash,or must i download 2 setts of programs for this.
1-flash
2-wysiwyg stuff

I do have macromedia studio8 installed on my pc
What i want to do is my site must be 3d visual and menutabs must animate kwaai.

That's going to require quite a bit of work. I'd recommend you use Macromedia Dreamweaver and Macromedia Flash together - they both have a 30 day trial

Unfortunately, if you want it done yourself, you will just have to learn. Another option is to code it by yourself. Some quite nice effects can be obtained using AJAX. Or you could make use of template-driven methods. But that's a huge missio.
