How could they be bypasing the cap , when no cap management was in place and had only been put in place in the last few days ?

At the time of the article , there WAS NO BW MANAGEMENT. That has only come in last week or so. Yes I know there are ways past the cap.

You are an misguided! No one did any tricks, this is why we are so angry, now before jumpng to conclusions and making statements that will pi$$ everyone off, find out the real TRUTH!
 
Why cant anyone who makes these claims just be able to back them up wioth solid facts?
Can anyone who says this wasent in place that wasent in place blah blah,m back that up catagorically?
And if you are saying that you arnt abusing the network when you download 10 gig over your allocated alotmant, can you back up factually why you artn abusing the system? Just so us laymen can understand
I fin dit pointless for people to rip inot WBS and say they do this ect they do that, and then say we are all stupid for believeing what they say (when in fact it fixed my problems) by not being able to back it up?
 
go look at the threads from that time and how like 50 people here were saying "wow capped speeds are fullspeed and uncapped is throttled", there thats my evidence, everone who was here then knows this as a fact, here's another fact if the throttle was in place how did someone on a 3GB account do 200GB?

I find it pointless that you argue dead point with no evidence or clue yourself, I suggest on this issue you go do your homework

I am now getting sick of the endless debate over last week's suspension and the mass issues that resulted over it

I am NOT supporting it. All I want is internet access because right now I don't have any and I am using company internet to post here (which I am not exactly allowed to do). I had nothing to do with it. I wasn't signed up to WBS at that point in time.

OK wls, here are some facts:
- WBS package states: 3gig cap @ 1meg, then throttled to 64k (no mention of cap there)
- Once you've reached that cap, you can d/l 24/7 @ 64K anything from 18gig to 25 gig (yeah, that's a fact)
- nowhere do they state that you are capped on the 64k throttle
- nowhere do they state that using that throttled service for the rest of the month, will get you labeled as an abuser
- so even downloading 20gig in a month, using their throttled service, can't be seen as abusing the system - the system ALLOWS it
- WBS suspended people with only 7gig downloads, including the ones who actually bought more bandwidth (for better speeds, and no other reason)
- there are more, but this is getting boring & rather stale...
Now, have you got any facts?
 
Simply put, **** WBS!

And all those that beleive their story shouldnt need broadband in their caves!
 
he he heh you are just giving them idea how to change their contracts:DThey will put all that stuff which you have stated on the contract dont worry....:D
