About 2 or 3 months ago I migrated to a new package (Xtreme 5GB) and specifically asked for PPU to be deactivated. I clearly marked "deactivated" with an underline and in bold text. A month or so later I receive a R1500 bill because of PPU usage. I then phoned iBurst and they assured me that PPU was now disabled.

BULL****! End of January I receive a R2100 bill from these idiots because of PPU usage. I DID NOT WANT PAY PER USE!!!

Apparently I'm now on an 8GB package, (probably with PPU still activated). I can't login to the iBurst website and change the setting myself because the second you click on the PPU usage option and login, you receive an error message.

The person who migrated me in the first place is Krishanta Masher. This is absoluetly the worst customer service in the world. I demand compensation for this idiocy! :mad::mad::mad:

Welcome to Hellburst, this happens to all their subscribers and they just frankly don't give a sh*t..... I feel your pain!

It's ****ing pathetic really. There are no words to describe how absolutely **** they are. Phoned customer service, eventually hung up after 17 minutes as I just couldn't take the music they were playing over the phone anymore.

No Access - Account Suspended/Arrears. Not bloody likely!!!

This email was sent to Gcebile. Copied to myBB for all to see ................

Hi Gcebile

I got your address from the myBroadband website - referred by rooigevaar Ronald. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to contact Iburst telephonically all of Monday 1 Feb.

So this email/post is from my brother who still has access.

I keep on being redirected to the Account Suspended webpage which from myBroadband comments appears to have been a problem today. Problems started midday - now 21h30.

Contact me without delay because this pathetic service is absolutely shocking!! I deperately needed my access today but could not even speak to Iburst to find out whats up.

NOTE: Neville on behalf of Kenny. - *********@iburst.co.za Tel ***********.
