iBurst boosters are too expensive when compared with alternatives - WiMax, Neotel or even ADSL where boosters go for as little as R70/GB or less.

Please reply if you agree.

Yes, yes, yes, I totally agree.

*Down with Booster prices*Down with Booster prices*Down with Booster prices etc... (You get the point).

In all honesty, I think iBurst users in this forumn get way more info and help via shaun and jannie than the other ISP users. I agree on the prices being high, but like said before - waiting for next month, giving them a breather for now while their new billing system goes live this month...

True, and we really appreciate their help and comments.

Sometimes I don't think they sleep, they reply at 01H00 and 05H00 in the morning.

I reckon iBoss and iShaun are AI (Artificial Intelligence) ....:D

Shockingly so.

They are like a huge smelly turd on an otherwise pleasant lawn.

Edit: BTW: Referring to booster prices, not Shawn and Jannie!

We are not demanding anything, just stating some sore points. No-one is rushing anyone.

Those square external antenna things? I might have one for sale, just sits there.

They are pretty ridiculous, but I suppose they make their money from the R40-R200 accounts off this.

Like someone said, possibly make the booster prices cheaper for the higher accounts at least. Could get more people actually buying them instead of just using the free 64kb service.
