Can't connect since an hour our. It stay on the autentication window and then just times out. Something is gone broken again!

Can't get through on phone number either. ****ing tired of this ****.

Problems in the East as well, can't get a hold of the support desk, using my phone to browse at the moment...

Seems like Radius/Authentication servers messed up...

all green lights, no connect either. PTA.

Working my side again now - and my speed limitation (I was down to 64kb) seems to have been lifted.
I can't get into the Iburst page to see if we have been given some bandwidth to make up for the problems or if this is a temporary thing but would appreciate knowing the story - if I DO have extra bandwidth I'd like to use it responsibly...

What are you guys still doing with them? Move on. Crap doesn’t work, change it. You really need W/L go with Cell C 4 now. Man wake up guys. Stop supporting bad Infrastructures. Costs the rest of us a fortune.

The bad infrastructure that failed was not iBurst's but the hosting provider, which by the way includes the web site on which you are posting.

Sadly Cell C does not cover everyone, iBurst is the only provider that covers my area and to be honest the extra 60 or so gigs after hours does make it difficult for Cell C to compete.

Not fun finding out on a long xmas weekend, at the end of the year, during change freeze that the hosting provider screwed up again! Let's see if this talk about changing providers in January really happens. A large majority of the outtages I've experienced with iBurst this year seems to have been related to the upstream provider.

When I arrived at the data centre there was one guy who had servers there that was sitting on the floor with his head in his hands.

New upstream providers should be live soon after 10th January which includes one of the largest content providers in Europe directly transiting into ZA for the first time.

That's excellent news, I'm glad to hear it.
