Is this run by the ZA iBurst company or is iBurst just a franchise name?

iBurst is merely the techno name, the company in Oz that runs the iBurst network is called PBA, and they sell iBurst bandwidth only to resellers (ISPs). More info @ www.whirlpool.net.au.
