IBurst café bubble bursts

They probably can't afford their own data rates.
 
Internet Cafe's are so 90's ... IMO they only work in tourist areas.
 
Well they could actually be a success in townships or poorer communities. Those who can't afford a connection of their own will be more than happy to use this service.

If it is affordable enough. At the rate iBurst are increasing their rates (as one would assume that the cafes would need to make use of the out of bundle rates more often than a single user), it does not bode well for affordability or profitability at all.

30K inclusive setup cost with 30 computers????

Sheesh I think I'll invest. Then close shop, sell all my computers for 2k apiece and make a quick 100% return

These palokas are more entertaining then Telkom at the moment. i cant wait for my daily dose of iburst media mess every day
 
Yep, I agree, Telskam has lost it's entertainment appeal

On the subject of internet cafe's only ever used one once, and that was 2 weeks ago. Was in Somerset West and I needed to check on things at home, cellphone battery was flat so I popped into the one in Somerset Mall.
 
Ever considered that the mastermind behind all iBurst's crap could be..... urm.... i dunno, Thami Mtsali? It's high time they sack that fool. :eek:
