There rollout is average of 2 Base stations a week.
...
Please list the base stations rolled out over the past four weeks here to support your statement (that should be 8 stations).

haha, there have been three rolled out since they made that statement i believe, and those three were directly after the statement was made. So Im shure that those had been planned before they even started trying to put up 2 a week.

So at the moment they have done almost 0 base stations since the plan was "launched" if you ask me.

They really shouldnt have made that statement, it has simply been a lie. They probably intended to roll out two a week but just got stuck somewhere or are running into problems with deadspots etc.

they rolling out quickly.... they busy updating and coming out with some new items soon.
iBurst is going to Rock in SA

Give us the names of the base stations to support your statement, Fantastic.

I do believe that though, theyve made an impression over the last while, since the take over i geuss.

You really do go all out to promote them on every post though.... you must really believe in them dude.

Well I aint seen the new bs, but anyways.

The point I want to make here is that Vodacom has a bigger established network, even if not hsdpa ready, They have the sites and they have the towers. They also have a far greater ablilty to aquire capital to expand faster.

So what I am saying is Vodacom can almost anihalate wbs, if they cut their prices. The question is will they? Probably not! All brains are fired on how much can we charge?! And since they are according to statistics (don't trust stats) the big boys of mobile networks, they don't even have to try care about what actually is the best plan of action.

Dude, you're a reseller right? So it's in your favour to promote iBurst even if the service ain't the best, right? Perhaps a little less bias?

"8321" and others
herewith the list of new base stations went live these last few weeks

- Mintek
- Wynburg (Roman)
- Alberton (Royal York)
- Paulshof
- Lyndhurst (Kew)
- Rennies House
- Wendywood Spar
- Parktown Quarter
- New South Vet (South of Bassonia)

if you not aware of anything .... please do not comment that iBurst is not rolling out. They are !!! and doing great

"king monty" I am not only a reseller but a faithfull user and always have good connections, I travel a lot around the country and pick up good where ever there is coverage

Okay.. so why dont they advertise these new towers like they always used to?
The one thing I dont like about there new site is that you can no longer see when any new towers are up. And nothing is posted under latest news, so how must anyone know anything about this?

BTW, Fantastic, you know when some CPT towers are going up? I think joburg have about 5 times more towers now. Time to focus on the other areas already.

Wow, that is Fant.......ic. Strangely, I can only find Paulshof on the list of active stations on the official iburst web site.

For the record and future reference:
Joburg has 40 stations listed (great!) Yes, iBurst has achieved a lot.
Cape Town 7
Durban 5 and
Pretoria 7 as at 15h00 on 4th May.

Lets count again on Thursday 18th May. There should be a few more.

And I never said they were not rolling out. I just asked for facts.

cape town is going to have around 13 more stations and kzn another 8 more.... i will keep you guys updated.
i cannot state where as yet & exactly when.. :)

remember the website sometimes do not show all the sites that are live... but they are ....
