Why use these kind of services if Skype is available?

I guess if they arent informed about Skype they will go for the option.

On the other hand they might take it as a landline for business

I have never been able to get a proper speed through on iBurst to make their voice solution viable ... luckily my iBurst modem is going under the Landy soon

On all the sites with iburst on which I've used, the speed is too poor for voice calls.

How is speed too poor for a voice call, or do you mean general latency/jitter?

What kind of speed do you need for voice calls anyway? I used Teamspeak with the capped connection. :/

Yep, when doing their speed test, I could never get good enough results ito latency/jitter to have a proper voice call

Funny I can get good quality connections with Skype with Dialup. On iBurst - Skype and Voipcheap give me great quality and normal conversations both PC to PC and PC to landline at 56-64kbps speeds.
