Hi,

Please could some iBurst employees, notify us here on what is happening with the iburst network, concernining any difficulties of which are being experienced. As well as, when these problems will be estimatly solved. Please could you also state your position in iBurst.

As soon as the issue hits, they are all out of here, haven't you noticed. You will see them comming back once it's sorted out, or they can make a promise.
 
haha, yes, that is what happens, and then you don't smell them for ages. until there are "no complaints" again

Riiiight, so the Helkdesk Manager or whoever is responsible for posting Incident Reports is too busy doing the job of the technicians in the field whilst the technicians are knocking back at the pub...:rolleyes:
