All the info is in this existing thread, the last firmware released was done by WBS OTA (Over the Air) ;).

This thread is also linked to in the Frequently Asked Questions thread - post #1.

I am curious to know if WBS have recently updated firmware on iBurst modems [over the air], if you have a moment, please check the firmware version of your iBurst UTD or UTC modem, and if it is different from [post=174820]last known OTA UTD version[/post] or last known OTA UTC version [?], then please post the new version info in this thread...

Ok, then it looks like the UTD firmware is still the same as before?

Yes, unless there's been updates and I've not been updated yet (like last time)

Will the "over the air" firmware update work if you are connected through a nic via a router?

Reason I ask is that I'm sure I read somewhere about the UTD having to be connected to USB for the update to work.

Manual updates have to be done via USB, OTA updates just require that the UTx is powered and receives a reasonable signal.
In my previous location when the OTA update was done, my UTD toggled between base stations very often (sometimes every couple of seconds), so I received the update very late.
