We are aware of the recently reported PHP vulnerabilities and are actively working on mitigation across our hosting environment, including applying available security updates and coordinating with our software vendors.

Our team is already addressing this, so there is no need to submit a separate support request for a general status update. We will share further updates as mitigation progresses.

PHP Security Patching Completed — DirectAdmin & cPanel Servers (PHP2Shell)

We are pleased to let you know that critical security patching for the recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 & CVE-2026-109619) has been completed across all of our DirectAdmin and cPanel hosting servers.

Vulnerable PHP runtimes used to serve client websites have been removed or replaced with patched builds and websites previously using end-of-life (EOL) PHP versions have been upgraded to supported, patched versions.

If your website relies on older code, plugins or themes, your developer or vendor may need to update these to ensure compatibility with the newer PHP versions.

For more information regarding supported and EOL versions of PHP visit the php website, and for information regarding PHP2Shell visit php2shell.com

Thank you for your patience while we completed this necessary patching.
