iBurst improves dashboard software

Still an Improvement

This is at least a lot more customer-centric than Telkom has been since the magic-phrase was first mentioned by their CEO.

I do however, find it funny at the wording used in the article:
The new dashboard has a racing car theme and iBurst CEO, Thami Mtshali, feels that this befits the iBurst service. "The racing car theme reflects the maximum iBurst download speed of 1Mbps that subscribers regularly experience," said Mtshali.

This is like saying:
All our customers get maximum flow of water from the faucet everytime. which fails to mention that you can only turn the tap and draw water if you:
a) Live close to the water well already
b) Walk long-distances out of your way to find a water well

I would be a lot more impressed if they've made an announcement that there are no longer any gaps in their existing coverage zones and new rollouts will not have any either. That will give consumers true choice for services. Then it's merely a matter of structuring the products to what the consumers need.

Still, as I've stated before. This is an improvement ;)
