iBurst mail server issues?

I tried to send an two emails to iBurst staff members. This was the response:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
host mail.iburst.co.za [196.2.97.236]: 550 Relay not permitted

Cool. Issue was solved and mail received.

Our Value Added Services team did a boo boo which affected the MX records I was informed.

Hard to test things related to NS changes. You either get it right or you dont.
