Iburst overcharged me!!!

With regards to some of the specific issues raised on this site recently, the comments about our accounts / retentions department are, we believe, rooted in the past as iBurst did have issues with our billing and other internal systems but these have been resolved after a thorough internal audit.
rofl... THEY FIXED their accounts department good such that they will double debit you to keep up with xmas bonus payment to their employees~!
 
Got doubled as well, and it was the wrong amount. Got a 500mb play account for R149 and they charged R228 x2!
That is stealing imo!Like "O god we need money to pay our workers but we will have the money only on Monday.....lets take money from our subscribers and pay them back then!"

I'm gonna register a company with a insanely high interest rate of like 1000000% per day, and next time iBurst steals my money, I'm gonna screw them 1000000 times over!
