Iburst packages

Can anyone shed some light on the Iburst packages?

We were on Pro 10 with a 128 vas. In December we migrated to a Max 25 with a 128 vas. January and Feb was fine then this month our vas has been removed according to Iburst we terminated it. (Which we never did) when we phoned them we were told they cant put it back on because they don't offer it anymore. But we had it for over two years so why would we terminate it.

Please can someone shed some light.

Also can someone explain the iburst uncapped as the sticky post in the Iburst Forum is so outdated it does not cover the uncapped option. On their website it also does not say anything about it.

If there is no solution ADSL here we come

Send Mel from iBurst a PM, she is the oficial Iburst rep on mYBBshe should get some one inteligent to sort you out.

Terms of Service:

This is calculated based upon the theoretical max throughput of the service using a single modem, multiple modems can be used but the limitation aforementioned still applies. Once the aforementioned limitation has been reached, the Subscriber will only have access to email and voice services. The Subscriber acknowledges that the limitations applicable to usage of Service are as follows:

26 giga bytes in respect of the 64 kbps (kilo bits per second) service
52 giga bytes in respect of the 128 kbps (kilo bits per second) service

When did they start this TOS. I remembered in the past i ot 80 to 90 gig afterhours or is this limit for daytime use?

I think this TOS only applies to the uncapped and uncapped+ packages, not to the 64kbps and 128kbps VAS.
