iBurst provider establishes distribution chain

iBurst @ HI FI corp

If iBurst is available at HIFI Corp -- does anyone know what are the costs?
Thanks

According to the newspaper article R1699 for a modem! Good for those who haven't already bought one I suppose

Is that UT-C (PCMCIA) or UT-D terminal -- I guess UT-C....?

oh wonderful. i will NEVER buy ANTHING from HiFi corporation EVER again. They are a bunch of crooks. Well at least they are keeping good company now :)

Bosveld

Not sure which modem that price is for, newspaper article didn't specify.

I think this is terrible, How the #### is wbs going to be able to plan for future traffic.

They have no way of telling where the buyer is going to put the modem in advance.

500 ppl could buy modems and go connect to one tower - Trouble i foresee!

Aye Yoda, I agree, but it's the UTC that's discounted, so less UTDs will sell, which means that hopefully them UTC owners will not stick to one base-station - they will migrate daily like locusts chewing up bandwidth & then moving to another base-station - I hope...
