iBurst Resolves Connection Issues

They didn't resolve anything... I'm still having problems connecting to sites... any site except for iburst.co.za
 
No Fishfly your problem is totally differnet. Thats sounds like Death By Cap, phone Shaun Green or ask to speak to second level support and request a free gig or apparently there is another way of fixing it, plus you often end up with uncapped for a while after that, i had it the whole of last month, hopeing for DBC again next month.

I have to agree with Ekhaatvensters, looks like Fishflys cap has been reached for the month.

The connection problem we had yesterday morning has been resolved. We've kept a close eye on it over the last 24 hours.

Fishfly, give us a call, we can check your bandwidth for you.

Yep, he should.. I guess Ed isnt familiar with the DBC thing and assumes that Fishfly is on a < 1 gig package.

The problem apparently happens every month with about 20 or so users being affected.. it can be fixed though.
 
*he should be throttled (to 64k) , not killed ?*
